Today in this article we will discuss about the cardio exercises-  My friend's who doesn't want a feet body and being physically  active infact we all need a feet body to look pretty we all need to look like there favorite celebrity, entrepreneur , athelete or sportman but not everyone can achieve there fitness goal.

Why can't we achieve our fitness goal?

Today in our busy lifestyle everyone is busy to earn the money and give importance to money than there health. 
Many of us are corporate worker's and 9-5 job seeker's and many of us from the other sector some of us are working in night shifts, rotational shifts etc. but in this busy schedule are we getting a time to give for ourselves. Can we save at least 1 hour for us daily. Some peoples are very lazy they eat late, sleep late and wake up late. 
Some times if you sleep for 8 hour's, As per the expert you're allowed to decrese your sleep cycle by 1 hour and instead of that you can replace this time for your exercise

Most of the programs on televisions, Supplements published by pharma companies, and product out there in the market are promoting a fast  result. Every one wants a result faster, We want to earn money faster, lose weight  quicker and most of the peoples are shifting there eye towards this well abolished advertisement to the end user's
These are the reason why aren't we achieve our fitness goal.

Solutions:-

 1) We needs to be practical and consult a dietician before make an attempt to pick this supplement and getting by completely brained washed through this commercial ads. 
2) You needs to follow a proper discipline not just for your fitness but in every walk of life. An yes a proper discipline matter's  
You needs to wake up at a time, You needs to eat at time, You needs to sleep very well, You needs to have some weekly rest. You have to exercise regularly and ofcourse we are a human being we are not a robots, We can't have a same routine day, same exercises for a long way. Remember your health should be your long term goal, Design your day in such a way that you will enjoy each and every minutes of life. An you can continue for a long.

Before come to the cardiovascular exercise warm up is important? 

Before we lifted towards a cardio machines in your gym or if your working out  at home if you are starting with zumba dance or arobic exercise. I would suggest you to do your warm up first, 
Well a good warm up allows your body to stretch and get ready for the exercise or lifting up a heavy machinery or doing a weight trains, Warm up allows your muscles to get oxygen properly. It increases your flexibility to do other exercise. The last thing you needs to understand that when your attening to the  gym and reaching your goal. You may be injured. You may feel a muscles pain and if you feel a muscles pain that prevent you to do exercise next day. I will share a real time example of my sister tina, she joint a gym and had no experience in gym and she followed the instruction of trainer and had a 10kg dumbels lifts. but now a day's she feel pain in her chest and it's been 6 months now still the pain remains she can't open the door if door get locked. I would suggest you do not listen to uncertified trainers that will always miss guide you. but remeber you require a trainer if you are a begainer and if you have no initial knowledge from where to start a well certified trainer can help you to do the steps. If you are busy with your work and you dont have time to research on exercises on what shape of body you require and what are your fitness goal. In order to move towards your fitness goal you have to follow the instructions of your trainer.

If you have already taken a gym membership and your goal is to lose a weight then cardiovascular is best exercise for you. 
 

1)Treadmill -;

 Treadmill is the machine on which you can start a walk or run. You can adjust the buttons as per your need. You can connect a wifi, start playing a song along with walking slightly-slightly you can increase the speed and start running on a treadmill screen there you go, Shows how kilo metres you have ran so far, how much calorie you have burned everything shows on your screen. 
1)This is One of the best exercise for your heart health.
2) As long as you runs on treadmill you release a sweatning and that releases toxic from your body 
3) This exercise is helpfull for your skin to shine because they oxygen level increases  in your dead cells of skin.
but As per the expert recommendation running on the ground is far better than runs on a treadmill because that gives oxygen naturally and burn your calories faster and you can lose weight easily.

How much cardiovascular treadmill you can do? 

Basically if you are a begainer,  you can start with 15-20 minutes a day 4 days a week remaining you can leave for weight lifting. burn 400- 600 calorie is enough.

Cycling -

 You can do a cycling at your gym you can left timing for cycling is 10-15 minutes again
