The big question is that do we require to take oil from outside like a refined oil or vegetable oil.?
The answer is no because our body needs is 9-15 mg of oil as per our daily requirement and that requirement can be fullfil by vegetables we eat.  When you try to cook without an oil you will indirectly take a Well Boiled vegetable that contains a more nutrition than we use with a oil and yes the vegetable contains itself an oil.
