The corporate culture of tradional day:

Introduction

Hello, My fellow friends and my fellow corporate colleagues, welcome back to the new topic.
As you all and many of us have worked in different different corporate companies so many of us are currently working. You must have been noticed of traditional day culture.
Let us discuss what the traditional day
is?
Tradition day is that we celebrate on our festivals usually if there is a festival like Diwali we celebrate at our home by bursting crackers, doing worship with Lakshmi ji and wearing some new good looking cloth and make some Chakli, chivda etc. but when you enter into the corporate thing you gets forget to do these things because your manager will ask you to come to the office and work. When you say it is Diwali and I need to go home, I want to leave, your manager will say there are people already on leave and I can't approve your leave you have to tell me 3 months before and you need to apply for the leave so please work. When there is any festival the Hr will tell you to come traditional tomorrow, now what is that come traditional tomorrow? This is the same tradition that I am talking about in this article wearing (a kurta and pyjama) and girls wearing (a sari).
Whenever there is an independent day - come traditional, When there is Krishna Janmashtami come traditional, ( and our other friends celebrate Janmashtami by breaking dahi handi and making Gopal kala in the corner)  When there is Ganesh Chaturthi come traditional (and our friend celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi by bringing Ganesh Ji at home, Playing Dj, Dancing, throwing gulal, doing aarti regularly distributing offerings and I am Coming to the office and working with same clients round the clock with same campus and the same sort of people.
So the question arises do we have freedom in corporate life?
The answer is a big no because you're coming to the office with the same cab or bus, the same route and the same campus and you are working on holiday some companies however give you a double day for a national holiday. Still, they want you to work for them (double-day is basically that the specific client or company pay you double your salary of what you're getting for 1 day.)
Some companies pay you nothing and still, they want you to work for them.
Some companies give you a compensation day which means if you are absent for any other day you can use this compensation further. To get paid for your absence but still do we celebrated festivals no just came traditional cloth and work.

Summery

My friends only money is not important in life happiness is also required. And can you please tell me below if are you able to enjoy this earned money? by working so hard and hard and where did you save this money by sacrificing everything in this era of inflation.

In the corporate workday culture is old and outdated and yet spawned a few problems that, during the time, included strict hierarchies to abysmal work-life balance to even fewer creative opportunities. Conditions became so tight that they also conclude pressure, disengagement, and turn-over.

However, newer ones overcome such disadvantages of previous corporate practices by flexibility and focus on the well-being of employees and innovation, teamwork, and effective recognition and reward systems. These are great examples and proofs of such changes toward a more inclusive, supportive, and innovative corporate culture able to highly increase employee satisfaction and performance.

Such modern practice has brought about a change in the experience of their work and improved well-being in peoples. It is the adoption of such new practices at the company level that might bring to an environment at work which lays not only the grounds for coming over the problems of the past but to develop a more productive and engaged working force.

If all the above corporate practices are followed proof, then surely satisfaction and motivation will be felt by all the members in a team which, in the long run, would help the company outperform and grow its performance. Better corporate culture would only begin to emerge from an understanding of how to overcome the challenges of the past while setting up a work environment that is ever caring and dynamic for the future.
