Short break: which comes duration of 15 minutes - In this break peoples usually do browsing of social media or internet, discuss with there colleagues, going for short walk, taking nap etc.

about work related or other issues related but I found in some companies when a manager grab your time for any reason, It doesn't counts in your working hour's you will have to complete your login time apart from that. 

UBK : This is called as the urgent break it can take you whenever you need basically its duration is 1-10 minutes not more than that sometimes manager can stops you from going therefore, some organisation have the policy of not giving Urgent breaks during there first 1 hours of the begainig of the shift and the last 1 hour before you end your shift. I questioned during my expertise why is this policy? They have said it's there peak time of working so do we not allow anyone going out during this time

There are several benefits of having short breaks during your working hour's such as if you work in service sector or product based company seating on the chair for longer duration feels you uncomfortable and you may feel stress and pain in your body,

Peoples who works for longer duration who doesn't take breaks to avoid impact on there productivity. You may have seen they are quite unfit in long run.

Especially, When you are working in night shifts. Peoples have chromatic vigoral diseases in there outfit such as acidity, cough, overweight, Arthritis, gall bladder, diabetes, pain in muscles and joints, fatigue, mental well-being and similar kind of innumerable diseases they invite.

By not consulting a doctors and eating flueless junk foods, oils, sugar and salty in advance peoples doesn't go out for walk, join membership of gym or following yoga's regularly even when they are working in the office they takes the help of lift, Whenever they want to climb the floor the most common reason to save break time as per there suggestion.  They are not doing any physical activity. As per the research shown In Japan most people use stairs and try out for walk,  Whenever they wanna climb a floor is the main reason peoples in japan are healthy and productive.
